Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our IT and cybersecurity distribution company in Dubai. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to grow our customer base, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and implement business development strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our customer base in the Middle East and North Africa region
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including vendors, customers, and industry associations
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation, sales, and marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and communicate their value to potential customers
- Negotiate and close deals with customers, and manage ongoing customer relationships
- Analyze business performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the IT and cybersecurity industry
