We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to join our IT and cybersecurity distribution company in Dubai. As a Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our reseller channel, ensuring that they are promoting and selling our products effectively, and providing support to help them grow their businesses. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute channel strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Manage relationships with our reseller channel, including recruiting new partners, onboarding, training, and providing ongoing support
- Develop and execute channel strategies that align with our business goals and market trends
- Conduct market research to identify new channel opportunities, and negotiate pricing and terms with partners
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute channel promotions, incentives, and co-marketing activities
- Provide support to partners to help them grow their businesses, including product training, sales coaching, and access to marketing materials
- Analyze channel performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize revenue and profitability
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the IT and cybersecurity industry
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
